The Medical Plan Wizard is an interactive tool that allows you to compare the benefits of UC-sponsored Medicare or Non-Medicare medical plans available to you, based on your zipcode.

Behavioral Health Benefits
UC's non-Medicare medical benefits include behavioral health benefits, which are provided by United Behavioral Health (UBH). These benefits are also available to Medicare members of Blue Cross PLUS and Blue Cross PPO.
