If you are eligible for benefits, your legal spouse or domestic partner as well as your child(ren), grandchild(ren), adult disabled child(ren), and legal ward(s) may be eligible for medical, dental, and legal insurance coverage if they meet certain eligibility requirements. UC and/or the insurance carriers may request that you provide documentation (marriage or birth certificates, adoption papers, tax records, etc.) to verify eligibility.
