The UC Irvine Medical Group (UCIMG) has announced that its contracts with Health Net Seniority Plus (Medicare Plan) will be canceled effective 12/31/99.

UCIMG will continue to provide services to UC faculty, staff, annuitants, and their family members who are enrolled in Health Net, as long as they are not Medicare-eligible.

Health Net members who will reach age 65 and become Medicare-eligible during the year 2000: Please be aware that you do not need to make any change at this time. A few months before your 65th birthday, Health Net will notify you regarding your options for selecting a new Health Net provider.
