The Lecturers Unit (IX) is a systemwide bargaining unit of Non-Academic Senate Lecturers who provide vital instructional services at nine UC campuses. The unit is represented by the American Federation of Teachers (AFT). Currently, the unit includes approximately 3,000* employees.
