When you leave UC employment, your participation in UC-sponsored benefit plans usually stops. However, you may be able to continue some benefits for a limited time. If you terminate UC employment for medical reasons, see your Benefits Office immediately about your possible eligibility for disability, retirement, and/or other benefits.
